Harsh Noise Propaganda Prod. is a D.I.Y non profit label created at the end of 2010, specialized in harsh/noise, noisecore and other noisy experimental sounds. The prices for buying are total cheap and are for making more copyes. H.N.P.P release only CDR's with black and white artworks, sometimes printed on colored paper.
